3 steps to let go of the past and move forward in 2010

At the beginning of each year, one of the best things you can do is learn to let go of the past. Adherence to the past, in most cases it is not healthy because it brings old feelings of anger and resentment that keeps you from your life to the fullest. If you let go of the past you will be able to start your life again from scratch at the beginning of a new year.

Step 1

The first step you should take to go of the past to release theStorage. You would not even realize that you still cling to the past, but you need to sit down and assess your life to make sure that you let go of your past. Keep in mind that this could not be accomplished in a day or even a couple of weeks, sometimes it can take years to learn to let go of extra baggage that we carry around. Domistakes is a part of learning and growing, so there is no reason to be ashamed of them.

Step 3

The last thing you need, so you can let go of the past to enjoy the day in which we live. By enjoying today will not focus on yesterday, yesterday is aimed at what is stopping you from letting go of the past. Only you, the decision to enjoy today, to continue, you must focus on the future not the past.
